When agreeing to a hosting plan, you are authorizing Snazzo Productions, ltd to charge your credit card the contracted amount once per month. You may also have a setup fee, which is charged only once at the same time the first months hosting is paid. Hosting provides a server for your web site to reside on, connected to the Internet allowing other people to access it.

The hosting fee will cover the following 30 days, not necessarily calendar days. Each time your credit card is charged you have authorized an additional 30 days of hosting.

We do not offer refunds for the time period that follows, however, you may cancel your hosting at any time. If you choose to cancel the hosting agreement, the following month you will no longer see charges. There will be no refund while your web site is on our server or an affiliates server.

We must have notification of your decision to cancel your hosting, in writing, any time prior to your next month billing date. (The billing date is defined as the date your hosting service started. )

When agreeing to a maintenance plan, you are authorizing Snazzo Productions, ltd to charge your credit card the agreed amount once per month. The fee is charged at the beginning of the month. The maintenance agreement is a 30-day retainer for the agreed upon hours for a flat fee. This retainer rate is deeply discounted in exchange for you guaranteeing the dollar amount each month.

Maintenance hours are good for the 30-day period that follows the payment. The hours you pay for do not rollover to the next month. Each time your credit card is charged you have authorized an additional 30 days of maintenance. Maintenance is defined as hourly development, creative research, writing copy, etc. for your web site or marketing materials.

We do not offer refunds for the time period that follows, however, you may cancel your maintenance agreement at any time. If you choose to cancel the maintenance arrangement, the following month you will no longer be charged. We must have notification of your decision to cancel your maintenance agreement, in writing, any time prior to your next month billing date. (The billing date is defined as the date your maintenance agreement started. )

When agreeing to printing services, you authorize Snazzo Productions, ltd to charge your credit card for the amount of the actual printing, the design time and the cost of shipping and handling. We guarantee satisfaction with your printing order. If there is a problem with the quality of the printing or there is an error that was the result of something Snazzo Productions, ltd caused, we will replace the order at no charge.

If you choose to cancel the print order at any time after you have agreed to the print order and before the order has shipped, you will only be responsible to pay for the design time as detailed on the invoice received with your print order, from the original quote or via email.

If you agreed to a printing order and you later cancel the order, you are still authorizing Snazzo Productions, ltd to charge your credit card for the design time, however, you will not be charged for the printing.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
